APPLE BUNDT CAKE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

4-5 apples, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Batter will be thick. Combine ingredients for filling in bowl. In well greased and floured pan (Bundt or 10 inch tube pan) place layer of batter then layer of filling, alternating 3 layers of batter and 2 layers of filling. Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Test for doneness and do not overbake.
