BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
4 eggs
1 stick butter
8 oz. melted cheese (Velveeta)
1 onion, chopped fine
6 oz. cottage cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
12 oz. can corn, drained
1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted & drained)

Beat first 4 ingredients together. Stir in cornbread mix, corn and broccoli. Pour into well greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
