WESTIE'S MARSHMALLOW OMELET 
2 eggs
2 big marshmallows, cut up small, or 8 mini marshmallows
1/4 c. grated yellow cheese
1 tbsp. milk

Preheat a greased frying pan to medium-high heat. Crack 2 eggs; mix in bowl. Add milk and put in frying pan. Cook until they are barely firm. Spread cheese and marshmallow over half, then fold other half on top. Heat for 1 minute. Serve on a plate with toast and Monks honey.
