BARBEQUED BEEF 
3 lbs. beef stew meat
3-4 pieces chopped celery
1 bottle catsup, small
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 bottle open-pit barbecue sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Cook in deep kettle slowly, approximately 4 hours. Mash with potato masher. Add 1/2 pint pickle relish and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
