PESTO 
1/2 c. loosely packed parsley leaves
1/2 c. firmly packed basil leaves
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped almonds

In blender, puree parsley, basil, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and almonds. Use as spread over broiled meat, with cooked spaghetti, on potatoes, etc.
