FRENCH FRIED POTATOES | |
4-6 potatoes 1 c. flour 3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Wash potatoes and boil until almost tender. Drain water off and cool. Quarter potatoes and dip in flour mixture. Mix flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper to make a thin coating for potatoes. Dip potatoes in mixture and French fry until golden brown. |
