ZITI BAKE 
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti macaroni
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella or scamorze cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Ziti macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In 8 quart dutch oven, over medium high heat cook ground beef until well browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan from heat. Add ricotta and Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper and 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce to meat and mix well. Add ziti to cheese and meat mixture. Toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot and bubbly.
