4 artichokes 3/4 c. bread crumbs 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. vegetable oil Cut tips off leaves of artichokes. Wash artichokes. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oil in bowl. Stuff leaves with bread crumb mixture, not the leaves toward center. Cook in a pot on stove top with water, 1/3 of artichoke, on medium until you can pull leaf out. |
