PEAS & ARTICHOKE SALAD | |
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 c. celery, sliced 1/2 c. pitted green olives 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook artichokes and peas according to package directions. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to eat. |
