ARTICHOKE SQUARES | |
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 1 bunch green onions, sliced 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. crushed soda crackers Minced parsley Drain the artichoke hearts, saving the oil. Saute onion in oil. Combine all ingredients except crackers and parsley; put into a greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and parsley. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Chill for several hours. Cut into small square and serve. Makes 16 (2"x2") squares. |
