ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 sm. jars marinated artichokes, cut up
1 sm. diced onion
1 clove garlic (minced or pressed)
4 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
2 tsp. parsley
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Drain oil from jar. (Keep.) Saute onion and garlic in artichoke oil.

Beat eggs, mix all remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Good hot or cold.
