ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
4 cans artichoke hearts
6 oz. olive oil
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Romano cheese
3 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
Garlic or puree
Some juice from hearts

Beat egg, juice, oil, puree. Mix all together. Press into rectangular baking pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into squares. Serve cold.
