ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and broken up
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut in squares and serve hot or cold. Put on serving platter and garnish as you wish. Yields 60 small squares.
