PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
BAR:

1/3 c. butter flavor Crisco
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter Crisco
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted

Cream first 2 ingredients, blend in brown sugar and eggs, one at a time. Beat until creamy. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk alternating to creamed mixture. Beat until blended.

FROSTING: Cream Crisco and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and milk, beat until fluffy. Melt chocolate chips in Baggie in microwave. Cut small tip in corner and drizzle over frosted bars. Bake in greased jelly roll 16-20 minutes at 350 degrees; don't over bake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
