Equal parts of celery salt, garlic powder, and meat tenderizer

Put browning plate in microwave and get it hot. Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients and sprinkle on meat. When the browning plate is hot, spray with Pam. Heat 2 or 3 more minutes. Put the meat on and cook for 7 minutes. Turn meat over and cook another 5 minutes.
