BARBECUED HAM 
2 lbs. chipped chopped ham (you can tear the slices in smaller pieces if you want)
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash nutmeg

Place all of the above ingredients in a crock pot, stirring to mix the meat and the barbecue sauce. Cook on low heat until mixture is heated thoroughly. Spoon on buns.
