PEANUT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. chopped salted peanuts 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
