SAUSAGE PEANUT PILAF | |
1 c. rice (cooked) 1 lb. sausage 1 c. celery (sliced thin) 1/2 c. onion (chopped) 1/3 c. bell pepper 1 can cream mushroom soup 1/3 c. salted peanuts Olives Lightly brown sausage. Add celery and onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain off grease. Add pepper, mushroom soup and rice. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sliced olives on top. |
