PEANUT BUTTER RITZ 
Peanut butter
3 dozen Ritz crackers
2 oz. bag Nestle's chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening

Spread Ritz with peanut butter. Freeze for several hours on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. In double boiler or in microwave, melt shortening and chocolate chips. Using tongs quickly dip frozen peanut butter crackers into melted chocolate one at a time, allowing extra to drip back into pan. Place on wax paper and return to freezer to let chocolate set. Keep refrigerated to keep crisp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
