MAMA'S SAD CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. light or dark brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make cake. Beat eggs and blend in sugar. Add Bisquick, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Cool.

Make Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. Be sure it is cool.
