EASTER SAD CAKE 
1 (5 1/2 oz.) packet bisquick
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, optional
4 beaten eggs

With mixer, blend Bisquick, eggs, and brown sugar. Fold in pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Makes a chewy moist bar cookie.
