BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 (14 oz.) catsup
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Juice 1 lemon (1 tbsp. real lemon juice)

Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat 30 minutes.

Store in clean jars. Can be stored 6 months.

Makes 2 quarts.

Can be used over any meat but especially back ribs.

Can be used to make sloppy joes.
