PARTY SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. herb bread stuffing
2 onions, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. each of thyme and pepper
Garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Form into little balls and freeze. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Yield: several dozen. You do not need to freeze balls before baking if made the same day.
