PINEAPPLE PUFFS 
3 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 bag Stella Dorso Italian puffed cookies, cut in half

Cream whipped topping together with cream cheese. Fold in crushed pineapple, stirring approximately 1 minute. Fill each cookie with 1 tablespoon of above filling. Serve.
