ALMOST AS GOOD AS MOM'S CRUST -
PIE CRUST
 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 tbsp. water (1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cut Crisco with flour and salt. Combine egg, vinegar and water. Pour liquid into flour mixture all at one time. Blend with spoon until flour is moistened. Roll thinly. Will make two 9 inch crusts.
