ALWAYS GOOD PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix flour, sugar, salt and Crisco with pastry blender until crumbly. Lightly beat egg; add to cold water and vinegar. Mix with dry ingredients. Will make 2 covered pies.
