DANG GOOD PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter. In a saucepan, heat and stir at all times until butter melts. Remove from heat and add pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
