HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM
SUNDAES
 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or (1/4 c. cocoa)
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cake flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

1. Add chocolate to milk and heat in a double boiler. When melted, beat.

2. Combine flour, sugar and salt; add to chocolate and milk. Cook until thick, stirring often.

3. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Serve over ice cream.
