HOT FUDGE SAUCE (For ice cream) 
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk, or a little more
1/3 stick butter

Mix cocoa and sugar together. Stir in the milk and cook over low heat. Blend in butter, continue to cook until you reach desired consistency. Recipe makes 1 cup and may be doubled or tripled. Store in the refrigerator. Freezes well.
