CHICKEN SALAD 
3 stalks celery, cut into chunks
3 sweet pickles
6 Spanish olives
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves

Add celery, pickles and olives together. Mix well, then add chicken and mayonnaise until well mixed. Serve on chilled lettuce leaf.
