QUICK TO FIX CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sliced almonds

Make stuffing according to package directions. Place 1/2 of stuffing in the bottom of a 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix soup and sour cream together and spread on the stuffing. Layer chicken and then the other 1/2 of the stuffing. Sprinkle almonds over the top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
