QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water

Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise with water. Place in 9x9 pan or small casserole dish. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
