MEXICAN CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
Onions
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can kidney beans
1 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder

Combine hamburger, salt, and pepper; fry until brown. Drain. Then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
