MEXICAN CHILI SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. beer
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese

Saute beef, onions, green pepper, garlic, and seasonings until tender. Stir in rice, tomato sauce, and beer. Heat thoroughly. Fold in cheese.
