BRAN - OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. All Bran
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/3 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Measure all ingredients into a large bowl. With mixer on low speed, beat ingredients until well blended. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes. Yield 24 cookies.
