BRAN OATMEAL MUFFIN MIX 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 100% bran - Nabisco
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
4 c. uncooked oatmeal

Pour boiling water over bran and set aside. Cream sugar and butter, and then add eggs. Add dry ingredients - add cereals last. Refrigerate and use as needed.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix will last 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator.
