BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 sticks butter 2 eggs 2 sticks butter 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 box powdered sugar 3 bananas 1 can pineapple, drained Combine cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 sticks butter and put in 9x13 inch pan. Mix eggs, 2 sticks butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and put over crumbs. Put cut bananas and pineapple on top of cream mixture and top with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12 to 14. |
