BARBEQUE BEEF 
3 lb. chuck roast
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper

Cook roast on top of stove. Add 1/2 inch water in bottom of pan and simmer until beef shreds.

Warm oil in fry pan. Mix in flour, water, catsup and oil. Add the rest of the ingredients except the meat and simmer for an hour. Add shredded beef and heat through.
