BARBECUE BEEF & PORK 
2 lb. boneless beef
2 lb. boneless pork
Onion
1 med. size bottle Brook's catsup
1 chili stick

Boil together with salt, pepper and onions until tender. Shred (do not dice) the beef and pork. Strain both, add shredded meat. Add catsup and chili stick. Cook together slowly until thick - about 1 hour.

Flour or cornstarch may be added to thicken.

Serve on buns.

Freezes really well.
