BARBEQUE BEEF 
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 onion, diced

Boil chuck roast until very tender and then shred meat. Combine all ingredients with shredded beef and cook for 45 minutes on low heat and serve on a hamburger bun.
