CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. halved seedless grapes
2 c. pineapple chunks, reserve juice
1 c. apples, wedged
1 c. safflower salad dressing
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. slivered, toasted almonds
Lettuce leaves, as needed

Combine chicken, grapes, pineapple (drained), pineapple and apples. Pour mixture of dressing and juice over salad. Toss to coat well. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with almonds. Chill. Serves 6.
