1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix together and cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and like Play Dough. Remove from heat. Knead until cool. Will keep for 3 months unrefrigerated.
