2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. unsweetened Kool Aid mix

Mix dry ingredients. Add Kool Aid to boiling water. Mix all dry ingredients with the boiling water. Knead the dough and let it cool. Enjoy the next smell as you play. Store play dough in an air tight container. It should keep for several months.
