PORK CHOPS & SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 pork chops
5-6 med. potatoes
2 lg. onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Salt
Pepper

Slice potatoes and onions and layer in a 9"x13" baking dish, sprinkling with salt and pepper as you go. Mix flour and milk well, shake until all lumps are dissolved. Pour over potatoes and onions. Add additional milk as to cover 1/2 of the potatoes. Salt and pepper pork chops and lay atop the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn pork chops over 1/2 way through.
