MOM'S WILD RICE DRESSING 
1 box wild rice blend, cooked & drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions
1 lb. pork sausage, fried & drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
6 slices bread, cubed
1 jar mushroom slices
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook and drain wild rice; blend as per package instructions. In the meantime, slowly fry and crumble pork sausage. Saute celery and onions in sausage drippings. Discard drippings after sauteing. Blend sausage, celery, onions, rice blend, soups, bread cubes and mushroom slices. Season to taste. Bake at 325 degrees in a casserole dish for 1 hour.
