WILD RICE DRESSING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 lb. chicken gizzards or combination of chicken gizzards and livers
4 onions
3 stalks celery
1 green pepper
Mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. seasoned croutons

Make rice according to package. Cook gizzards and/or livers with 2 onions and 1 stalk celery until tender. Reserve juice. Chop gizzards/livers finely.

Saute 2 onions, 1 green pepper and 3 stalks celery in butter until almost tender. (Mushrooms can be sauteed also).

Combine rice, sauteed vegetables with package of seasoned croutons. Use reserved juice from gizzards to moisten. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
