PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 c. raw rice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Combine meat, rice, seasoning, onions and garlic. Shape into balls. Heat tomato soup and water, place meatballs in heated soup, cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
