BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in bite size pieces
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti

Dip meat in flour and brown in hot fat. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Combine other ingredients. Pour over meat. Simmer until tender. Serve over spaghetti.
