MOUNTAIN MIST ICING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
2 tbsp. water

Cook sugar, syrup, and water until it threads from spoon. Have 2 egg whites beaten stiff and pour syrup mixture over egg whites real fast and beat until cool. This icing spreads real good and never gets sugary. Spread on cake top and sides. Sprinkle with 1 can Angel Flake coconut.
