BUTTERSCOTCH TARTS 
2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour (rounded)
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter (sm. chunks)
1/4 c. fine ground nuts
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix brown sugar and flour. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Put in unbaked pastry shells in muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Reduce to 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
